Draper Brown

Filmmaker

 

Draper is the oldest of three brothers and the father of an incredible 16 year old daughter. He has taken up residence in Altoona, PA in the last year with his ridiculously hot, and way to cool to be his fiancé... fiancé, and her wildly creative, 10 year old son.

Raised in the Wyoming Valley of North East PA, he grew up in the construction business and struggled with addiction for the better part of his life. Finding recovery from the insidious disease in April of 2012 led him back to school – majoring in screenwriting and filmmaking – to receive 2 Masters Degrees from Wilkes University. From this he started a film production company called, Source Known Productions, in order to follow his dreams of writing and directing fantasy films, and to carry a message of hope and recovery through documentary filmmaking.

He hopes and prays that his films can reach the hearts and minds of any and all who suffer more than they need to.
